01.
Preliminary Work
To collect data, we conduct thorough research. This involves the analysis of satellite imagery, consultation of INTA soil maps, and the gathering of information from farms previously studied in the area. We also consider the material provided by the owner to obtain a comprehensive analysis of zonal characteristics, climate, productive suitability, and scale of operations.
02.
Field Visit
In order to carry out a comprehensive survey, we conduct on-site visits to the property. During these sessions, we tour the premises and identify the different productive environments. We also analyze the farm's boundaries, structures, and their state of maintenance, assessing the value of all permanent improvements present. To obtain an accurate picture, we use advanced technology such as drones, cameras, and geomorphological maps.
03.
Appraisal Report
In our farm appraisals, we consider both agricultural and livestock land as well as properties with infrastructure and permanent improvements. We provide a detailed description of the main compound, evaluating aspects such as the condition, useful life, and functional value of the facilities. We determine the value of the compound in relation to the land's productive suitability and alternative uses, producing high-quality plans accompanied by their corresponding technical report.
04.
Market Analysis
We assess the broader context and current market conditions, weighing the specific attributes of each property for an accurate and enduring valuation. We take into account key factors such as soil quality, location, access, groundwater, climate, improvements, type of operation, and distinctive characteristics that define the true value of the property.
05.
Appendix
Once the process is complete, we deliver a detailed valuation that includes the specific values of the property. We provide comprehensive location plans, environmental and paddock divisions, along with the cartography and satellite imagery that support our analysis. This all-inclusive report ensures a precise, transparent, and reliable assessment.
