Foundation of Adolfo Bullrich y Cía.

On April 8th of that year, Don Adolfo J. Bullrich founded the auction and brokerage house then known as Adolfo Bullrich y Cía. The firm operated as an intermediary in urban and rural properties, as well as in the auction of bovine, ovine, and equine livestock, furniture, and works of art. At a time when Argentina was an eminently rural country, Bullrich established itself as a cornerstone in the brokerage of rural and urban properties, playing a key role in the growth and development of this market.
